About the Role
As an analyst your key responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive research and analysis on recent private equity deals and acquisitions, as well as performing industry analysis and benchmarking to identify key trends and drivers of industry performance.
You will utilize your financial modeling skills to create LBO, DCF and comparable models to value companies, assessing investment opportunities from the perspective of a PE firm. Additionally, you will conduct qualitative analysis of target companies to assess their competitive positioning, growth prospects, and risks.
Your attention to detail and critical thinking skills will be vital as you conduct a deep dive into the deal rationale, assessing the investment thesis and identifying potential risks and opportunities. You will prepare detailed reports covering the analysis and findings of recent private equity deals and acquisitions, and collaborate with other team members to ensure the quality and accuracy of the reports.

Requirements
Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in any field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated interest in private equity and investment analysis.
Experience with financial modelling (desirable but not essential).
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
