About the Role
As an Analyst for The Junior IB, you will play a critical role in the company's success by conducting extensive research, analyzing complex financial data, and producing insightful reports on M&A deals. You will be responsible for evaluating various aspects of the deals, including risks, synergies, and financial models to determine the value of the companies involved. Your work will be essential in supporting the decision-making process of senior management and clients.
Working closely with your Associate and VP, you will receive guidance and support to develop your analytical skills and enhance your knowledge of the industry. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with different teams across various sectors, gaining a broad understanding of the market and developing a diverse skill set.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail, critical thinking, and strong communication skills. You will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate a passion for finance and an eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements
Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in any field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated interest in Mergers and Acquisitions.
Experience with financial modelling (desirable but not essential).
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
